Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. E-Bargaining is not responsible for the accuracy of product information provided by sellers.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Price Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect pricing information. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing.
Product Quality
We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but do not guarantee product quality. All product quality issues should be resolved directly with the seller.
4. Payments & Transactions
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.
Transaction Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the seller's individual return policy. E-Bargaining facilitates refund requests but the final decision rests with the seller.

All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with Nepalese arbitration laws.
